Offset - calculation routines

1. max. wheel width / offset
Wheel internal dimension in mm:
Wheel external dimension in mm:
Starting from the wheel connection face (of the brake drum or disk) you can determine the wheel internal and external dimensions. Simply lay a spirit level on the wheel connection face and measure to the strut or to the wing. Here it is important that you do not measure the max possible values, that would for example be obtained in the unloaded state. When the wheel is under load it can move into the wheel housing at a certain angle and may be positioned closer to the strut than previously. Using the measured wheel internal and external dimensions you can then calculate the possible wheel width and offset.
